Brass steel bimetal clad plate sheet bar

The brass steel bimetal clad plate sheet bar produced by explosive bonding is a new type of bimetallic energy-saving composite material with carbon steel as the base plate and brass plate as the cladding layer on one or more sides. It is compounded by special processing technology of explosive welding. It has not only corrosion resistance and wear resistance of brass plate, but also good weldability, formability and extension of carbon steel. Explosive composite plates are widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, salt and alkali, hydraulic and nuclear industries.

Several common copper materials:

Copper is an industrial pure copper (T2) containing less than 99.5% copper, which has excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity. It is widely used in electrical devices, wires, cables and heat exchangers because of its good plastic properties at room temperature and low temperature, as well as its corrosion resistance to atmospheric, seawater and some chemicals.

Brass is an alloy composed of copper and zinc (H62, H68). If it is composed of more than two elements, it is called special brass. Brass has strong wear resistance. Brass is often used to manufacture valves, water pipes, connecting pipes of internal and external air conditioners, marine condensers and evaporators, etc. The addition of tin in brass can obviously improve the heat resistance of the alloy, especially the seawater corrosion resistance. Therefore, tin brass is called "navy brass". The commonly used tin brass are HSn70-1, HSn60-1, etc. The brass steel bimetal clad plate sheet bar is also widely used in Marine industry.

White copper is a copper and nickel alloy (BFe30-1-1, BFe10-1-1). It is named after the addition of nickel, which makes copper gradually white from purple. White copper is a structural material with high corrosion resistance. The content of nickel in white copper is generally 25%. BFe30-1-1 iron-white copper is a copper-nickel alloy with good mechanical properties. It has high corrosion resistance in seawater, fresh water and steam, but poor machinability. BFe30-1-1 iron-white copper is used in condensers and thermostats working under high temperature, high pressure, high speed and conditions in shipbuilding industry.
