Tinned copper bus bar

Tinned copper bus bar is a layer of tin plated on the surface of the copper bar. The first effect is to prevent oxidation of the copper bar, and the second is to improve the connection surface of the copper bar. Also, because the electroplated metal and copper bonding layer will form an alloy to enhance the adhesion of the copper bar plating, in addition, the conductivity of the metal tin is good. Compactness, high finish, and enhanced abrasion resistance of plated parts.

Tinned copper bus bar use:
(1) Manufacturing tin cans. As the tin coating is non-toxic, it is widely used in objects that come into contact with food and beverages. The biggest use is to make tin cans. Others such as kitchen utensils, food cutlery, oven, etc.
(2) Electrical and electronic industry: Because tin is easy to solder and has good electrical conductivity, it is widely used in electrical and electronic parts that need to be soldered.
(3) Improve the solderability of copper wires and the barrier effect between copper wires and insulation.
(4) Active due to the softness of tin, it can prevent scratching as a solid lubricant.
(5) Prevent steel from nitriding.
