1. Materials: calcined coke, coal tar pitch, residual anode.Among them, the ratio of raw materials of pre-baked anode is 69% calcined coke, 16% coal pitch, 1% waste paste and 14% residual anode.
2. Process: The whole process and process of prebaked anode carbon block production, namely calcination (raw material preparation), screening, batching, mixing and kneading, molding, roasting, anode casting, and electrolysis to produce anode residual anode.
1. Tank calcination furnace is used in the calcination process, which is mainly used for calcination of uncalcined ordinary petroleum coke produced in China into calcined coke.
2. The screen division sequence is fed by electromagnetic vibration feeder and sent to horizontal vibrating screen for screening by belt conveyor.
3. Batching process: Calcined coke and waste paste of different particles shall be mixed according to the formula proportion requirements by automatic batching proportion, and liquid asphalt shall be mixed by automatic metering pump.
4. Continuous kneading machine is adopted to complete the paste making process.
5. The forming process adopts the three-station rotary vibration molding machine to complete the anodic forming.
6. The roasting process adopts 36 chamber open roasting furnace to roast the raw anode.
7. Automatic casting machine is adopted in the casting process to complete the casting of the anode steel claw.
8. The prebaked anode carbon block after pouring in the electrolytic residual process is used as the anode material of the electrolytic cell in the electrolytic aluminum process. The remaining part is the residual anode after the anode becomes thinner and cannot be used further.
After automatic cleaning, shot blasting, pressure stripping, manual cleaning and crushing, the residual anode can be recycled and used in accordance with prebaked anode carbon block production.
Iii. Purpose:
After cleaning, the residual electrode can be reused in the anode material production process.
2. After crushing and sieving, the residual poles are divided into different particle sizes, namely 1-3 cm blocks, 3-8 cm blocks, 8-20 cm blocks and hand-carried blocks, which are added as a kind of aggregate in the production of anodized carbon blocks or anodized paste.
3. The residual can also be used as smelting fuel, especially for high melting point metals such as copper and aluminum.
4. The purpose of this batch of export products is: the residue is used as smelting fuel, used for high melting point metals such as copper and aluminum.
