The Lacquered aluminium foil mainly refers to the thickness of aluminium foil 0.03mm- 0.2mm , is kind of aluminium foil processing products,the surface is treated by pre-treatment process, and then one or more paint processing, so that the aluminium foil surface has corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, sun resistant, climate corrosion resistance and beautiful, clean, non-toxic etc various properties. The products are widely used, such as air meal boxes, aluminium cans, various aluminium caps and indoor and outdoor decoration materials,etc.

The typical process flow of the coating process is as follows:
aluminium foil unwinding -- stretching -- degreasing - water washing - chemical conversion - water washing - passivation - drying - the first surface roll coating (both sides can be carried out simultaneously) - drying curing - cooling - second surface roll coating - drying curing - cooling - coiling
The basic raw materials used for the lacquered are polyester, acrylic acid, polyurethane, epoxy resin, organic sol and PVC, etc., depending on the occasion. The thickness of the coating is between 3-25 μm, and the gloss, hue and other properties are determined.
