Construction method of aluminum insulation for pipe insulation:
1. The aluminum jacketing is cut according to the size; the aluminum jacketing after the blanking is rolled into a cylindrical shape by a rounding machine;
2. One side of the joint of the aluminum jacketing with the edger is pressed into a rib edge, and the other side is pressed into a groove;
3. Place the processed aluminum holster on the elbow of the insulation tube, fix the longitudinal seam overlap with ST4*10 self-tapping screws, and fix the two layers of aluminum jacketing at the joint of the self-tapping screws. 250~300mm, and evenly distributed;



4. The elbow with aluminum protective layer installed should meet the following requirements: the elbow protective layer is close to the thermal insulation layer and has no gap; the longitudinal seam overlap of the protective aluminum jacketing is 30-50mm; the side of the convex rib is pressed The outer buckle is tightly buckled and has no gap with the groove; the two ends of the elbow protective layer and the side piece are tied with a stainless steel belt, and the steel strip clip is left at the longitudinal slit, and the seam of the protective layer is sealed with silica gel.

Construction method for aluminum jacketing of pipe insulation outer layer
1. According to the degree of bending of the elbow, the insulated pipe is sawed into a "shrimp waist type";
2. Put the prepared "shrimp waist" elbow on the elbow pipe;
3. Use a fine stainless steel wire to tie the insulation tube firmly, the number of bundled roads is not less than 3, and the spacing is ≤300mm;
4. Ensure that the inner wall of the warm pipe is in close contact with the elbow and the ring of the elbow insulation layer is dense and has no gap;
5. Add a waterproof layer on the outside of the insulation layer, and carry out the protective layer construction after the end of the work.
