low temperature aluminum hard anodizing and normal temperatur

Normal temperature aluminum hard anodization is also called ordinary oxidation, and the film thickness is generally 5-15 microns and the hardness is 200-400HV.

Low temperature oxidation is generally used for hard oxidation and hard oxidation.

1: The color film layer is gray, brown, dark green to black, which is related to the material composition and process, and the lower the temperature, the thicker the film is.

2: The hardness of the oxide film is extremely high. On pure aluminum, HV=1200-1500, the hardness on the alloy aluminum is ficantly lowered. HV=400-800. Since the micropores can adsorb the lubricant, the wear resistance can be greatly improved.

3: The thickness of the film can reach up to 250 microns, so it is also called thick film oxidation.

4: Corrosion has extremely high corrosion resistance, especially in industrial and marine climates.

5: Insulation and adiabatic hard film resistance is large, the film layer is 100 microns, can withstand 2000 volts or more, the melting point reaches 2050 degrees Celsius, and the thermal conductivity is as low as 67 KW/(M.K), which is an excellent heat-resistant material.

6: The binding force is very strong in combination with the body.

Due to the characteristics of aluminum hard anodization, it is widely used. Mainly used for aluminum parts with high heat resistance, wear resistance and high insulation performance, such as pistons, cylinders, bearings, impellers for hydropower equipment, etc.
