When thick scissors meet water and thick scissors and sometimes leak water, the contact between aluminum insulation jacketing and water may cause corrosion when cutting. Because of the heavy oil and light water, the first contact of the aluminum insulation jacketing is oil, thus forming a large area of oil spot instead of a corrosion spot. Although many measures were taken to prevent leakage in 1993, the amount of corrosion returned to 174T is still not obvious.
Some people think that the coil packaging, around the high temperature air condensed water cause corrosion. In order to prove this speculations, a roll of aluminum roll jacketing with a temperature of 60 C was wrapped in plastic cloth, and the corrosion was not corroded for 7 days and no water beads were produced. After being wrapped up for 2 months, it was still not corroded, which proved that the heat coil would not cause corrosion of aluminum insulation jacketing.
The compressed air has water and air after the compression of water, air dryer is not clean, air roller will have water droplets, these water is larger, spray on the surface of aluminum insulation jacketing cause corrosion. We made an experiment: the water (pH=4.6) brushed on the surface of the aluminum insulation jacketing was coiled and annealed at the surface of the aluminum insulation jacketing. The results showed that the corrosion was produced in second days. It was white spot, bent to bend, no corrosion on the surface and 50mm surface of the end face. The corrosion did not develop further after 6 months of placement in the workshop. The test proved that the water in the compressed air can cause the corrosion ofaluminum insulation jacketing, but it only produces white spot corrosion, and does not form strip and strip corrosion frequently.
