Extruded aluminum sign blanks manufacturing process:
Smelting: The selected raw materials are added to the melting furnace for melting according to the processing technology, and the impurities and steam in the solution are reasonably removed according to the degassing, slag discharge, and refining methods.
Melting
Raw materials: According to the actual aluminum alloy model that must be manufactured, the amount of addition of various alloy components is calculated and effectively matched with various raw materials.
Extrusion: The 6063 alloy aluminum round bar is directly formed into large-scale aluminum sign blanks through a large mold at one time.
Oxidation: The pores of the porous air oxide film converted into a porous structure after being anodized are closed, so that the air oxide film pollution control, corrosion resistance and wear resistance are improved.



Using the strong adsorption force of the air oxide film before sealing, it is possible to accumulate some metal material salts in the film holes, which can make the aluminum surface show many colors other than the original color (silver), such as gray black, copper, orange yellow And stainless steel plate color.

Extruded aluminum sign blanks are mostly used in commercial service large shopping malls, urban public transportation, outpatient clinics, education and training schools, etc.
