Application of Explosion Bonded Copper Clad Steel:
The composite materials produced by explosive composite method have been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding, electronics, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, aerospace, atomic energy and other industrial fields. Composite plate is a kind of bimetal high-efficiency and energy-saving composite material with carbon steel as the base plate and precious metal as the cladding on one or more sides. It is compounded by special processing technology of explosive welding. It has not only corrosion resistance and wear resistance of precious metal, but also good weldability, formability, extensibility and thermal conductivity of carbon steel.
