Why is the anode steel claw red ? and how to solve ?

The redness of anode steel claw is mainly caused by rinse claw and melting claw with high electrolyte;Bias current;Anode slippage;
After adding insulation material;Under the anode, there are crusting blocks or carbon blocks, etc.

Treatment method:
If the electrolyte level is too high, then it is necessary to lift the anode to check whether the anode is rinsed or melted.If the current is biased, the anode current distribution should be improved by the method of adjusting the electrode.If the anode is sliding, the anode needs to be lifted into place with a crown; If the insulation material is too thick, manually use a rake to scrape out the aluminum oxide powder on the pole to increase heat dissipation; If there is something under the anode, it is necessary to lift the electrode to hook out the carbon block or crust block under the bottom of the anode.
