Electrolytic steel claw

Anode steel claw for electrolytic aluminum is also called electrolytic steel claw, there are parallel three claw, four claw, three - dimensional four claw, six claw, eight claw, double anode steel claw models.Anodic steel claw is also used for specific purposes under specific circumstances. It is used as part of the guide rod assembly connecting the guide rod and carbon block in the electrolytic cell of the electrolytic aluminum production workshop.

electrolytic steel claw production is mainly based on casting, the composition of iron.Molten iron is injected into the mold to form, making simple.

Equipped with physical and chemical measurement and quick analysis laboratory before furnace, using electric arc furnace (or intermediate frequency furnace) plus rare earth refining, to ensure the gas content and impurities in the molten steel to the minimum, so as to obtain better conductivity.
Adopting advanced dry sand solid negative pressure (lost mold) green casting process, the electrolytic steel claw size is qualified, the surface is smooth, the internal structure is tight, and there is no sand hole, slag inclusion, crack, porosity, shrinkage and other defects.
The aging treatment is carried out by the large-tonnage automatic reflex furnace, and the surface strengthening treatment is carried out by the trolley type shot blasting cleaning machine. In particular, the steel claws are all exposed to the metallic luster.
Double-sided special type milling machine is used for machining, with high machining precision and good quality.
