The TLMY series energy-saving copper clad aluminum flat wire researched and developed by Aluminum Co., Ltd. is based on the advanced technology of similar products abroad, combined with the characteristics of distribution conductor materials in China's electrical industry, successfully developed TLMY series energy-saving type copper clad aluminum flat wire. The product uses a unique bimetal composite material processing technology, through a variety of plastic deformation and heat treatment process, the copper layer is simultaneously and uniformly coated on the aluminum conductor material, thereby achieving metallurgical bonding between two different melting point metal atoms. A copper-aluminum bimetallic conductor material is formed in a unitary cross section.
