High-current copper braid soft connection

The high-current copper braid soft connection, so the name suggests that the soft connection part is a copper soft connection wire composed of a copper braid. Because of the large current used, it is also called a high-current copper braid soft connection.

Copper Braided Wire Soft Bonding Material uses electrolyzed oxygen-free copper rod with a copper content of 99.95% or more. The copper wire has good bending and continuous stock. The cold pressing process is adopted at both ends, and the seamless copper pipe is tightly crimped, the lap joint resistance is small, and the tensile strength is large. It has been scientifically verified by third-party laboratories that the crimped tight copper braided wire has a low temperature rise and directly extends the life of the product itself and the equipment.

The copper braided wire soft connection can be tinned or silver plated according to customer requirements. It is also possible to drill holes in the lap joint and insulate at the soft joint.
