Aluminum cast bracket

Aluminum cast bracket for electrolytic aluminum is also called electrolytic claw. There are parallel three claws, four claws, three-dimensional four claws, six claws, eight claws, and double aluminum cast brackets. Aluminum cast brackets are also used for specific purposes in specific environments. They are exclusively supplied. They are used in the electrolytic cell of the electrolytic aluminum production workshop, which is part of the guide rod assembly that connects the guide rod and the carbon block.

The aluminum cast bracket is mainly produced by casting, and the component is iron. The molten iron is poured into the mold to form, and the production is simple.

The main points to note are:
Equipped with physical and chemical measurement and rapid analysis laboratory in front of the furnace, using electric arc furnace (or intermediate frequency furnace) and rare earth refining to ensure that the gas content and impurities in the molten steel are reduced to a minimum, thereby obtaining better electrical conductivity.

Using advanced dry sand solid negative pressure (lost foam) green casting process, the aluminum cast bracket has qualified dimensions, smooth surface, tight internal structure, and no blisters, slag inclusions, cracks, pores, shrinkage and other defects.

Using a large-tonnage self-controlled reverberatory furnace for aging treatment, and a trolley-type shot blasting machine for surface strengthening treatment, especially the aluminum cast bracket uses all parts to expose the metallic luster.

Double-sided combined special milling machine is used for mechanical processing, with high processing accuracy and good quality.
