1. Unloading. According to the requirements of the drawings, the columns, layouts, and columns are made of national standard steel pipes, and the aluminum plates are cut if they are not enough in length.
2. Attach the base film. According to the design and specification requirements, the base film is pasted on the cut aluminum plate. The warning signs are yellow, the prohibition signs are white, the indicator signs are white, and the road signs are blue.
3. Lettering. Professionals use a computer to engrave the required text with a cutting plotter.
4. Post words. On the aluminum plate where the base film has been pasted, according to the design requirements, paste the words engraved with the reflective film on the aluminum plate. The labeling is required to be correct, the surface is clean and free of bubbles and wrinkles.
5. Inspection. Compare the printed logo layout with the drawings, and require full compliance with the drawings.
6. For small signs, the layout can be connected to the column in the production factory. For large signs, the layout can be fixed to the column during installation to facilitate transportation and installation.
