CAC bimetallic sheet plate strip
The CAC bimetallic strip sheet plate is a composite material coated with a layer of copper on the surface of the aluminum plate. Copper-aluminum composite strips are used to replace the copper strips with particularly wide application and particularly high demand. They have broad application prospects in the field of power and signal transmission, and are expected to form a huge industry.
In the process of manufacturing CAC bimetallic sheet plate strip by the traditional rolling method, the copper clad aluminum plates are easily deviated during rolling, which affects the quality and bonding strength of the finished product.
Our company has invented a CAC bimetallic sheet plate strip that overcomes the relative deviation between copper and aluminum plates during rolling.
CAC bimetallic sheet plate strip includes a copper plate and an aluminum plate that are folded together, and the starting end of the board is bent and buckled on the starting end of the copper plate.
