It is impregnated and baked with the required heat resistance index and compatible insulating paint, so that the glass fibers and the glass fibers and conductors are bonded together. At present, the temperature resistance index of this kind of product has 130, 155 and 180 grades, and the insulation thickness is generally 20. There are four grades: 30, 40 and 50. This product is widely used in windings of transformers, electromagnets, welding machines or other similar electrical equipment. Material Science:

Aluminum flat wire shall comply with GB5584.3-2009, and its resistivity at 20 C shall not exceed 0.0280_mm2/m.

Glass wires should be wrapped tightly and evenly around conductors. The direction of wrapping of two layers of glass wires with double fiber glass Insulated aluminum wire should be opposite. The insulation thickness of double glass wires with aluminum flat wires should conform to the following table. The insulation thickness on narrow edges (B-b) should not be checked.
