5182 aluminum plate is used widely, especially in the construction industry, it has been recognized as the most promising alloy with good corrosion resistance, weldability, cold processing property, and moderate strength. The Mg and Si are added to 5182, so the welding, spot welding and roll welding properties of 5182 aluminum sheet are pretty good.
