Anode steel claw
Lost foam casting production line is the most advanced equipment for anode steel claw. There are two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and eight claws.
Equipped with physical and chemical measurement and rapid analysis laboratory in front of the furnace, and adopting electric arc furnace (or intermediate frequency furnace) and rare earth refining, the gas content and impurities in molten steel are reduced to the minimum, so as to obtain better conductivity. The advanced green casting process of dry sand solid mold negative pressure (EPC) is adopted to make the anode steel claw with qualified size, smooth surface and tight internal organization, without sand hole, slag inclusion, crack, porosity, shrinkage porosity and other defects.
Large tonnage automatic control reverberatory furnace is used for aging treatment, and trolley type shot blasting machine is used for surface strengthening treatment, especially the metal luster of steel claw is exposed.
