What is the hard oxidation of aluminum insulation jacketing?

The hard oxidation of aluminum insulation jacketing is a process of electrolytic oxidation.
In this process, the surface of aluminum jacketing is usually transformed into a layer of oxide film, which has protective, decorative and some other functional properties. The hard oxidation of aluminum from this definition only includes the process of forming hard oxide film.

In addition to the color problem caused by some starting, the appearance is very difficult to see. It is mainly determined by the test of salt fog, friction resistance, electrical conductivity, electric shock and so on.

Process: remove oil - Wash - Wash - hard - Wash - close - bake.

That is to say, after oxidation, the surface of aluminum jacketing will form a dense oxide film to prevent water and air from eroding.
