Three repair methods of anode rod

Introduction of three repair methods of anode rod
Due to long use time, transportation, open-air stacking and other reasons, all anode guide rods will be bent and corroded to varying degrees, and some anode guide rods also have defects such as explosion welding block cracking, steel claw cracking, rotten claw, and falling claw. If these anode guide rods are not repaired, they cannot be put into electrolysis.

Three kinds of repairing method of anode rod
1. Alignment of aluminum guide rod and repair of crimping surface, etc.
First of all, carefully select the anode guide rod, select the anode guide rod that does not have defects such as explosion welding block cracking, steel claw cracking, rotten claw, falling claw and other defects, and rust the steel claw part first, and then put it into the pickling tank Carry out pickling treatment, and then straighten the aluminum guide rod on the press, so that the straightness of the aluminum guide rod reaches 1/1000, and the projection error reaches the requirement of 3/1000. Finally, grind the crimping surface of the steel claw head and the aluminum guide rod with the anode busbar to reveal the metallic luster. The anode guide rod after the above treatment can be put into use in electrolysis production.

2. Repair treatment of anode guide rod with cracked explosion welding block
First set up a sawing machine to saw off the explosive welding block from the anode guide rod. After sawing, carefully check the end face of the aluminum guide rod and the end face of the steel claw. Use length. Second, the aluminum guide rod and the explosive welding block are welded by four-sided groove welding.

3. Repair treatment of defective anode guide rod with steel claws
First of all, for the steel claws with shallow cracks, we only plan a "V"-shaped groove of not more than 60° at the crack, remove the dirt and rust in the groove, and repair the steel claws with carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. shape. Second, for the repair of the steel claws in the three cases of deep cracked steel claws, broken steel claws and missing claw heads, cut off a section of the defective steel claws and repair and weld new steel claws; The whole claw head is cut off from the junction of the beam, then a new round steel is welded, and a 45° slope is cut off on the round steel, and the cylindrical surface of the round steel and the end face of the beam are attached together, forming a large slope naturally mouth, and then weld the round steel and the beam together.
