Bimetallic transition plate

Industrial uses explosive welding to produce bimetallic transition plate, which uses explosives as power to weld two different metals or the same metal, which is suitable for various plastic metals. The bimetallic transition plate made by explosive welding has high bonding strength and good process performance, and can withstand cold and hot processing such as cutting, electric welding, stamping, rolling and heat treatment.

The varieties of bimetallic transition plates produced by Clad by explosive compounding are: copper, brass, bronze, cupronickel and steel; aluminum and its alloys and steel; aluminum and its alloys and copper; stainless steel and steel; silver and silver-chromium alloys, etc. The thickness of the composite layer is 0.2--12mm, the thickness of the base layer is more than 1--100mm, and the maximum board surface length and width are more than 2000mm.

clad has copper-aluminum composite bimetallic transition plate in stock and can be delivered at any time. Customers from all over the world are welcome to consult and place orders.
