Aluminum advertising frame profiles

Aluminum alloy advertising frame profile refers to the advertising frame in the elevator car, which is used to install advertising pictures and used for advertising.
Classified by alloy:

Can be divided into 1024, 2011, 6063, 6061, 6082, 7075 and other alloy grades of aluminum profiles, of which 6 series are common. The difference between different grades is that the proportions of various metal components are different, and they are classified according to surface treatment requirements:
1. Anodized aluminum material
2. Electrophoretic coated aluminum
3. Powder sprayed aluminum
4. Wood grain transfer aluminum

Although there are 5 types of elevator advertising frames currently in use, only 3 types are commonly used. They are aluminum alloy, aluminum alloy and acrylic advertising frames, which account for almost 95% of all elevator advertising frames in use. Among the three types, the highest utilization rate is the aluminum alloy elevator advertising frame.



Why is the use rate of aluminum alloy elevator advertising frames high? Because it has the following excellent performance characteristics.

(2) Good waterproof performance, can be used for outdoor advertising;
(3) The frame body is equipped with screws, which is very convenient to install and change paintings;
(4) The surface of the outer frame can be treated with various colors such as marble pattern and spray paint;
(5) Break through the weight of the old-style advertising frame product, the weight is very light, and it is easy to install.
