AgCu silver copper bimetal strip for micromotor

This product is a new composite metal material specially designed for commutator and brush of micro DC motor. Its main components are agcuni, agcuznni or agcuni plus rare earth. It has the following process characteristics:
1. Precious metal roll is used for lamination, no weld joint, long roll consistency is good, suitable for large-scale stamping production;
2. High precision of finishing rolling, slitting and silver layer positioning, meeting the special requirements of users; (see the table below)
3. High surface quality to achieve mirror effect;
4. Even distribution of silver alloy
5. High composite strength

II. Composite thickness ratio
Any thickness ratio of composite layer is allowed in the face composite, and the mosaic material is allowed from 0.04mm to 90% of the thickness of matrix in the mosaic composite.
III. technical design features of material composition
1. Some trace elements, such as Cu and Ni, are specially added into the design of precious metal agcuni alloy for commutator to ensure its high conductivity, wear resistance and oxidation resistance in the use process. The conductivity and heat conduction solder performance of TU1 base material is better than that of common pure copper material.
2. AgPd alloy for brush has the advantages of small contact resistance, wear resistance, less material consumption and metal transfer, and its base material bzn18-26 has high corrosion resistance, high conductivity and good elasticity.
