Production process: generally, low potential metals such as Al and Mg are used to make strips, and sometimes some rare earth elements are added into them.
Tin plays a role in reducing the surface cathode reaction current in the anode material and improving the activity of the anode material. In this way, in galvanic corrosion, the cathode current only occurs on the protected metal with high potential, which can make the cathodic protection more efficient.
The anode rod is a component of the water heater, which helps to prevent internal corrosion. This kind of rod is often called sacrificial anode rod. It can attract corrosive elements in water and dissolve them. This will slow down the corrosion of the tank lining.
The anode rod is made of high-purity lead and tin by hot extrusion with imported high pressure extrusion equipment. Its internal structure has high density and no casting defects. The service life can reach 2-3 times of the market calendering anode, with excellent conductivity, fast deposition speed, improved electroplating speed, and 5% - 8% electricity cost can be saved. When the anode is hung into the tank for use, the voltage drop of the tank can be seen intuitively. The strength of the anode rod after high voltage is also greatly improved and will not be bent and deformed due to excessive current. The surface of the anode rod is smooth and bright, which is obviously different from the anode rod produced by other manufacturers.

Magnesium rod, also known as anode rod, is mainly composed of magnesium. In the inner tank of the water heater, it and the inner tank (the main component is iron) are in contact with water at the same time, forming a primary battery due to the chemical principle. Because the water in the inner tank is not pure water, it always contains all kinds of impurities and has certain corrosivity. When the water temperature exceeds 40 ℃, scale will be generated. If there is no magnesium rod, the inner tank will be corroded.
