7075 aluminum rod application:
Aeronautical fixtures, trucks, tower buildings, ships, pipelines and other areas requiring architectural applications with strength, solderability and corrosion resistance. Such as: aircraft parts, gear and shaft, fuse parts, instrument shaft and gear, missile parts jump valve parts, turbine, key, aircraft, aviation and defense applications.
LC9 aluminum alloy introduction: Standard: GB/T 4437.1-2000, its main features and application scope: Al-Zn-Mg-Cu system superhard aluminum, which was applied to aircraft manufacturing in the late 1940s, and is still widely used in the aeronautical industry to super high strength deformation aluminum alloy. It is characterized by good plasticity after solid solution treatment, especially good heat treatment, high strength below 150 C, and good low temperature strength, poor welding performance, stress corrosion cracking tendency, and use of aluminum coated or other protective treatment. The two-stage aging can improve the stress corrosion cracking resistance of the alloy. In annealed and rigid quenched state, the plasticity of 2A12. is slightly lower than that of the same state, slightly better than that of 7A04. The static fatigue, notch sensitivity and stress corrosion resistance of the sheet are better than those of 7A04.
