Production method of aluminum bracelet anode
Aluminum bracelet anode is a sacrificial anode cathodic protection product with the advantages of low driving voltage, light weight and high current efficiency. Aluminum bracelet anode is mainly used for anti-corrosion protection of oil, gas, and drainage pipelines, underground cables, chemical, communications, harbors, ships, reservoir gates and other projects in fresh water.
Production method of aluminum bracelet anode
The utilization rate of the aluminum bracelet anode has a great relationship with its existing structural form. When the aluminum bracelet anode is connected to the protected cathode (such as a pipeline, etc.), the semi-circular anode body itself will be continuously consumed, and in this way, the cathode is inhibited. When the anode body is consumed to the position of the iron core, it will continue to consume until it is separated from the iron core and loses the protection effect on the cathode, but there are still some anode bodies left at this time, and these anode bodies are not connected to the cathode, The effect of cathodic protection is no longer achieved, thus resulting in waste of anode body material, that is, the above-mentioned problem of the utilization rate of the aluminum bracelet anode.
In the actual production process of aluminum bracelet anode with traditional structure, the iron core will be deformed due to the relatively large temperature difference between the iron core and the cast anode melt, so it is difficult for the bracelet anodes produced to meet this industry standard. (The industry standard requires that the distance between the iron core and the inner wall of the semicircular anode body be 4mm). From the above, it can be seen that the existing bracelet anode structure design does have defects, and its structure needs to be changed to improve the problems of low utilization rate of the current bracelet anode and the difficulty of traditionally produced aluminum bracelet anode to meet industry standards.
The semi-circular aluminum bracelet anode body includes a semi-circular annular anode body and an iron core, the iron core penetrates through the semi-circular annular anode body and two ends of the iron core pass through the semi-circular annular anode body, and several iron rods are fixed on the inner side of the iron core. Several positioning rods are fixed on the outside, the iron rod and the positioning rod are in the semicircular anode body, the top of the iron rod is flush with the inner wall of the semicircular anode body, and the top of the positioning rod is flush with the outer wall of the semicircular anode body.
The aluminum bracelet anode is composed of a first semi-circular bracelet-type anode body and a second semi-circular bracelet-type anode body. The two ends of the iron core of the semicircular bracelet-type anode body are respectively butted with the two ends of the iron core of the second semicircular aluminum bracelet anode body.
