Recently, the company successfully produced the first batch of high-zinc rare earth aluminum alloy 7055AΦ229 cast aluminum bar rods, marking a breakthrough in the company's independent trial production of high-zinc rare earth aluminum alloy. 7055A is a new alloy grade developed by the company on the basis of the original 7055 alloy. It is a superhard alloy in hard alloy. It has higher alloy content, higher zinc content and alloy than ordinary 7 series products. The degree of chemicalization is higher, and the alloy content is difficult to control, the casting is difficult, and the casting crack tends to be large.

Under the leadership of the company's R&D leadership team, the relevant members have their own duties and careful arrangements to timely resolve the key technical difficulties in production and ensure the orderly work. In the end, with the full cooperation of everyone, the 7055A Φ229 cast aluminum bar rods were successfully cast. At the same time of research and development of high-zinc rare earth aluminum alloy 7055A and Φ229 cast aluminum bar rods, the magnesium alloy tubes and rods developed by the company have also been successfully produced. The diameter of 220mm magnesium alloy rods has been successfully delivered.
