Aluminum bill 6063 material. The main alloy elements are magnesium and silicon. It is a typical extruded alloy with excellent processability, excellent weldability, extrusion and electroplating, good corrosion resistance, toughness, easy polishing, color coating and excellent anodizing effect. 6063 aluminum alloy profiles are widely used in building profiles, irrigation pipes, pipes, rods and profiles for vehicles, platforms, furniture, elevators and fences because of their good plasticity, moderate heat treatment strength, good welding performance and gorgeous color of the surface after anodic oxidation treatment.
Aluminum billet 6063 is a low alloyed Al Mg Si high plasticity alloy. It has many valuable characteristics: 1. Heat treatment strengthening, high impact toughness and insensitive to notch. 2. 2. Excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, no tendency of stress corrosion cracking. Among heat treatable aluminum alloys, Al Mg Si alloy is the only alloy without stress corrosion cracking. 3. After processing, the surface is very smooth and easy to anodize and stain. Its disadvantage is that after quenching, if it is parked at room temperature for a period of time, it will have an adverse impact on the strength (parking effect) in aging.
Typical use
Aluminum billet 6063 is widely used in the frame of building aluminum doors, windows and curtain walls. In order to ensure that doors, windows and curtain walls have high wind pressure resistance, assembly performance, corrosion resistance and decoration performance, the requirements for the comprehensive performance of aluminum alloy profiles are much higher than the industrial profile standards.
