Self-adhesive aluminum enamelled round wire

Aluminum chooses aluminium core as the conductor of self adhesive aluminum enamelled round wire, and aluminium has better heat dissipation than copper, and its price is relatively low; then coats the surface of aluminium core with one or several insulating coatings, in which the insulating coatings are polyamide imide coatings, which have better insulating effect; and then coats the insulating coatings on the surface of aluminium core. A layer or layers of heat dissipation layer is coated, which is composed of conductive materials and insulating paint. Finally, an insulating layer with self-stickiness and lubricity is coated on the outer layer of the heat dissipation layer.
