PE (Polyester) Coated Aluminum Coil
Coated pre-painted aluminium coil allows the creation of aesthetics and design ideas enabling architects and builders to create striking and amazing structures due to it’s adaptability to any kind of shape.
We produce Polyester (PE) Coated Aluminum Coil with advanced equipment and technology. The continuous rollers painting can avoid colors difference. In 240 celsius degree baking chamber, the polyester paint can creat a pyknotic high performance protective layer on the aluminium surface to prevent corrosion and pollution. Polyester layer thickness is 16±1μm.
About Polyester (PE) coating :
High molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, is a UV-resistant coating. It can be classified either as matt or glossy according to your needs. The compact molecule structure makes the point surface luster and smooth, which assures good printing on the sheet surface. It is specifically applied for internal aluminum decoration and sign substrates, with a warranty of 7 years.

1) Aluminum coated coil alloy: AA1100,AA1050, AA3003, AA3004, AA3005, AA3105, AA5005, AA5182, AA5052, AA5754, AA5454, AA8011
2) Temper: O/H42/H44/H46/H48
3) Aluminum thickness (gauges): 0.02mm to 3.0mm
4) PE pre-painted aluminum coil width: 10mm to 1800mm
5) Coating: polyester (PE), no less than 16 micron
6) Available colors: solid, metallic, marble, wood, anti-static, anti-scratch, etc
7) Coating hardness (pencil hardness): more than 2HB
8) Impact resistance: no cracking or peeling
9) Flexibility (T-bend): 2T
10) MEK resistance: more than 100 times
11) Further Processing: embossing, cutting to solid aluminium sheets, slitting to aluminium strips, etc
12) Boiling point: no any didtortion and color change (in the 99 ± 1 degree water, then cooling 2 hours)
Corrosive: surface deeping in the 5% muriatic acid and 5% NaCL, interior deeping in the 2% muriatic acid and 2% NaCL, after 48 hours, no change.
Three Coating Options:
1. Self-clean Namo coating
With Namotechnology, our Namo PVDF coating could make it clean itself using sun and rain, maintenance and cleaning cost are reduced by at least 50%.
2. Durable coating
With our high-performance coating based on polymer resin, resistant to UV rays, moisture and abrasion. With such coating we can guarantee of up to 20 years.
3. Gloss coating
We have 3 gloss levels coating are available: High gloss, satin and matt.

•Polyester PE Coated Aluminium Coil is used for producing aluminium ceiling, aluminium roof tiles, aluminium composite panel, aluminum honeycomb panel, aluminium insulation board, aluminium rolling shutter foam insulated slat, aluminium gutter and downpipe, etc.
•Polyester PE Coated Aluminium Coil is also suitable for interior decoration and advertising boards.
