Cuponal Busbars

Cuponal Busbars is the bimetallic conductive busbar of copper-clad aluminum and a kind of "new conductor material", which has the excellent electrical conductivity of copper and the low density of aluminum.
The cuponal busbars produced by Aluminum is different from the traditional hydrostatic extrusion method, rolling and crimping method, cladding welding method, casing rolling method and other traditional production processes, and adopts the original “level continuous casting high-efficiency molding— - Rolling technology, cuponal busbar bonding interface achieves certain metallurgical bonding, enhances the shear strength of the two metal interfaces, ensures the mechanical properties and electrical properties of the product, and improves the product stability.
