1. 2014 aluminum round bar is used in applications requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature). Heavy forgings, slabs and extruded materials for aircraft structural parts, multi-stage rocket first-stage fuel tanks and spacecraft parts, wheels, truck frames and suspension system parts.
2.Corrosion resistance is poor, but it can be effectively protected by coating with pure aluminum; it is easy to crack when welding, but it can be welded by special process.
