Blank metal disc is a common aluminum product, and it is widely used. Its grain processing technology is also relatively more, such as disordered wire drawing, threaded wire drawing, straight wire drawing, corrugated wire drawing and rotary wire drawing. However, the well-known one is straight wire drawing, but we don't know much about random pattern blank metal disc, corrugated pattern blank metal disc, threaded pattern blank metal disc and spiral pattern blank metal disc.
In such a variety of processes, the straight line blank metal disc is the simplest one, which only needs to be formed by mechanical friction on the plate surface.

The disordered blank metal disc is produced by continuous friction under the high-speed running copper wire. The aluminum plate forms irregular moving friction on its surface to obtain its irregular lines. However, the disordered wire drawing has no obvious Matt lines. The processing requires relatively high surface of the plate, so the production cost also increases.
Corrugated blank metal disc is usually rubbed out on the brushing machine or striation machine. The axial application process of the upper group of striation machine is used to rub on the surface of the plate, so as to obtain the wavy wire drawing pattern.
Spin pattern blank metal disc, also known as spin drawing plate, is a kind of wire drawing pattern, which is obtained by using cylindrical felt or ground stone nylon wheel installed on the drilling machine and using kerosene and polishing oil to counter rotate and polish the surface of the plate. The pattern is usually used for the processing of small decorative dial or label.
Thread drawing is a kind of thread drawing by friction of a small motor with circular felt on the shaft. It is fixed on the processing table to form an angle of about 60 degrees with its edge, and an edge is pasted on a carriage with a fixed plate to limit the accuracy of the thread. Using the rotation of felt and the moving process of carriage, the blank metal disc with spiral lines is formed on the plate.
