Aluminum-plastic composite foil tape for communication shielding

The aluminum-plastic composite foil tape for communication shielding is made of soft calendered aluminum foil and polyester film as raw materials, and is compounded by dry gravure. After the aluminum foil Mylar film is matured, it is slit and rolled. One side is aluminum foil and the other side is Mylar, which has the function of insulating one side and conducting electricity on the other side.

The Aluminum-plastic composite foil tape for communication shielding is mainly used for the interference shielding of communication cables. It can also be coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive. Most of the die-cut aluminum foil Mylar films are used for grounding assembly of electronic products.

Common specifications of Aluminum-plastic composite foil tape for communication shielding are as follows:
Thickness 20u (0.022mm) Structure: aluminum foil 7u/polyester film 12u
Thickness 25u (0.025mm) structure: aluminum foil 10u/polyester film 12u
Thickness 38u (0.038mm) Structure: aluminum foil 10u/polyester film 25u
Thickness 50u (0.053mm) structure: aluminum foil 25u/polyester film 25u
