Aluminum pots are generally lightweight, heat conductive, not easy to rust and durable, but they are not suitable for cooking some foods with strong acidity and alkalinity. Otherwise, aluminum elements in aluminum pots will react and dissolve a lot of contaminated food.

Aluminum pot mainly has two kinds: natural color and hard oxidation. The materials are aluminium and aluminium alloy. There are many kinds of surface colors, such as white, light yellow, black and so on. White aluminium products are mainly divided into two kinds: casting and stamping. The surface of cast aluminium products is white after polishing and mechanical polishing, but the metal structure is loose, so there are some casting defects.



After stamping, the surface of aluminum circle plates is washed, sanded and polished. There is a natural protective film on the surface, but it is easy to be mechanical abrasion or wear. Different colors of aluminum circle plates are treated differently by oxidation. Yellow aluminium products are stamped products treated by anodic oxidation to form a light yellow artificial oxide film on their surface. Black oxide film can be as thick as 30 micron-50 micron. The surface is heat-resistant. Under strong acid and strong alkali conditions, the oxide film on the surface will not be destroyed. Therefore, black aluminum circle plates is the best, not only beautiful. It is easy to remove dirt and has strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
So when using, we should pay attention not only to wipe off the stains, but also to wipe off the protective film on the surface of the aluminium pot.
