The 7475 T7351 Aviation Aluminum Plate block bar is an American wrought aluminum alloy plate. It is suitable for applications of plates and plates requiring high strength, excellent fracture toughness and fatigue crack resistance. The typical fracture toughness of alloy 7475 is about 40% higher than that of alloy 7075 under the same condition. The corrosion resistance and fatigue properties of alloy 7475 are equal to and in some cases better than many current high strength aerospace alloys such as 7075, 7050 and 2024.
T7351 is in the state of solid solution heat treatment, stress release is carried out by controlling tension, and then over aging artificially to obtain good stress corrosion resistance. After stretching, the product will not straighten further.
