The 6063 aluminum round bar is a low alloy al-mg-si series high plasticity alloy.It has many valuable features: 1. Heat treatment is strengthened, impact toughness is high, and it is not sensitive to deficiency.2. Excellent thermoplasticity, which can be extruded into complicated structures at high speed; thin wall; various hollow profiles or forged into complicated structures; wide range of quenching temperature; low quenching sensitivity; after extrusion and forging, as long as the temperature is higher than the quenching temperature.May be hardened by spray or through water.The thin-walled parts (6<3mm) can also be used for wind quenching.3. Excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, no tendency of stress corrosion cracking. Among the aluminum alloys that can be strengthened by heat treatment, al-mg-si alloy is the only alloy that has not found the phenomenon of stress corrosion cracking.4. The processed surface is very smooth and easy to be anodized and colored.The disadvantage is that the storage at room temperature for a period of time after quenching will bring adverse effects on the strength (parking effect).

Application:Building profiles, irrigation pipes, extruding materials for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences, and colored decorative components for aircraft, ships, light industry sectors, buildings, etc.
