The alloy has low magnesium content, high plasticity, good forming, and low strength, but it is stronger than 3a21 aluminum round bar. Cold deformation can increase its strength, while its plasticity is reduced. The alloy has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. The alloy has good weldability. The machinability is poor in the annealed state, and the semi-cold work cherry state can improve the machinability.
5A02 aluminum round bars are suitable for welding structures and containers with high process plasticity requirements and good corrosion resistance, such as fuel tanks, gasoline and lubricating oil pipes, nails, flanges, and light-loaded parts, internal decoration parts of ships and vehicles Etc., the wire is used as a rivet or welding rod.
