Heat treatment process of 2A11 aluminum alloy round bar
1) Homogenization annealing: heating 480 ~ 495 ℃; Heat preservation for 12 ~ 14h; The furnace is cold.
2) Complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430 ℃; Holding time: 30 ~ 120min; Air cooling.
3) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370 ℃; The holding time is 30 ~ 120min; Air cooling.
4) Quenching and aging: quenching at 495 ~ 510 ℃, water cooling; Artificial aging 155 ~ 165 ℃, 6 ~ 10h, air cooling; Natural aging: 96h at room temperature.
