2A11 aluminum alloy bar rod

2A11 aluminum alloy is a kind of hard aluminum used earliest, which is generally called standard hard aluminum. It has medium strength, good plasticity in annealing, rigid quenching and thermal state, and can be strengthened by heat treatment. It can be used in quenching and natural aging state. It has good spot welding performance, and has a tendency to crack during gas welding and argon arc welding; Machinability is good in quenching and aging state, but bad in annealing state.

Heat treatment process of 2A11 aluminum alloy bar rod:
1) Homogenization annealing: heating 480 ~ 495 ℃; Heat preservation for 12 ~ 14h; The furnace is cold.
2) Complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430 ℃; Holding time 30 ~ 120min; Air cooling.
3) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370 ℃; The holding time is 30 ~ 120min; Air cooling.
4) Quenching and aging: quenching 495 ~ 510 ℃, water cooling; Artificial aging 155 ~ 165 ℃, 6 ~ 10h, air cooling; Natural aging: 96h at room temperature.
