Aluminum insulation jacketing roll comes in three variations. The most common is Smooth Aluminum which has a clean smooth appearance and is the staple of the aluminum jacketing industry for covering insulated pipes. We also offer Stucco Embossed which is more of a pebbled appearance which is good for not showing dents, dings, or scratches. The third variation is Corrugated (aka Cross Crimped) which provides the jacketing some added strength and rigidity.



The exterior of our aluminum jacketing has a clear acrylic film which provides an enamel which protects the metal from corrosion as well as oxidation. This allows the jacketing to resist the commonly seen dulling of aluminum in exterior applicaitons. The interior of our aluminum jacketing contains a poly moisture retarder.
